We offer three standard sizes: 55mm (ideal for small home pits and sensory bins), 70mm (our bestseller for commercial playgrounds), and 80mm (great for deep pits and ball pools). Custom sizes can be discussed for OEM projects.

All ViviBalls are manufactured from 100% virgin LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) — the same food-contact-grade material used for cling film, food packaging film and squeeze bottles. No recycled content, no mixed materials. BPA-free, phthalate-free, and completely odorless.

Yes. Our 70mm and 80mm balls are large enough to prevent choking hazards and are recommended for children 1 year and above. 55mm balls are recommended for 3 years and above. All materials are non-toxic and BPA-free.

Yes. "Ocean balls" is a common trade term among importers and playground suppliers for the same lightweight hollow plastic balls used in ball pits. ViviBalls manufactures them in 100% virgin food-grade LDPE, in 55mm, 70mm and 80mm.

Crush resistance comes from wall thickness, not from resin type. Standard-grade 70mm balls run 5–8g and dent under a hard squeeze; commercial-grade 9–10g and up (0.71–1.06mm wall) compress and spring straight back. For high-traffic commercial playgrounds, order the heavier commercial grade.

Yes. We offer custom color matching to your specified Pantone or RAL reference. Stock colors go straight into production; for special or non-standard colors we match the color and send you a photo for confirmation. For very precise color requirements we produce and ship a physical sample for sign-off. Contact us with your specifications and we will provide a quote within 24 hours.

ViviBalls offers three curated color collections: Macaron (soft pastels — pink, mint, lavender, baby blue, peach), Candy (bright primaries — red, yellow, blue, green, orange), and Pearl (soft pearlescent finishes with shimmer). We can also match any custom Pantone color.

The Macaron Collection features soft pastel tones — ideal for nurseries, cafes, and girly-themed playgrounds. The Candy Collection uses bright, saturated primary colors — perfect for high-energy family entertainment centers. The Pearl Collection has a soft pearlescent shimmer — the go-to choice for weddings, photo shoots and premium event pits. All three are made from the same premium food-contact-grade LDPE. Special finishes such as neon and UV-reactive colors are also available on request.

Yes. We produce pure white, ivory, pearl white, champagne gold, silver and black balls, with Pantone-matched custom colors available. Event pits typically need 4,000–25,000 balls at a 30cm depth; a 4x4m pit filled to the 50cm depth adults prefer takes about 26,700. MOQ is 1,000 balls per color.

Wholesale pricing ranges from approximately $0.025 to $0.10 per ball depending on size, quantity, and customization. Larger orders qualify for better pricing. Contact us for an exact quote.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, L/C (Letter of Credit) can be discussed.

ViviBalls is a B2B wholesale manufacturer, not a retail store. Standard MOQ is 1,000 balls per color. For personal home use, check Amazon or local retailers.

Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery with photos. We offer replacement in your next order, a credit note, or a partial refund. Claims handled case-by-case. Our pre-shipment inspection minimizes risk.

ViviBalls are CE certified, ASTM F963 compliant, and EN71 tested. All balls are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free, lead-free LDPE. Test reports are available upon request with every order.

Every order goes through a 3-stage inspection: Raw Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Pre-Shipment Inspection (AQL 2.5). We provide inspection photos and reports. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged.

Key checks: (1) Request our business license and verify it on NECIPS (China's official National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, gsxt.gov.cn); (2) Ask for export records or references from previous international buyers; (3) Request a video call or factory tour; (4) Check valid CE/ASTM/EN71 test reports with traceable lab numbers; (5) Pay by T/T to the company bank account, never a personal account; (6) Start with a small trial order. Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from serious buyers. Our facility is in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, ~1 hour by plane or 3-4 hours by high-speed train from Shanghai. Schedule at least 1 week in advance.

Sea freight door-to-door takes 25–60 days total (up to ~62 on the longest lanes), including production, export, ocean shipping, import customs and inland delivery. Typical ranges by region: Southeast Asia 14–38 days, Australia/NZ 28–46, Middle East 26–42, North America 25–55, Europe 40–55, South America 38–62 days. Air freight: 10–18 days. We ship by sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders, and by air freight or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for smaller orders. Default terms are FOB Ningbo / Shanghai. All shipments come with complete export documentation.

Multiply pit area (m²) × fill depth (m) × ball density per m³ — about 6,900 for 55mm, 3,340 for 70mm and 2,240 for 80mm. A 4m² pit at 30cm depth using 70mm balls needs ~4,000 balls. See our quantity calculator.

LDPE ball pit balls can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, or with commercial-grade sanitizing solutions. For large commercial pits, a ball washing machine is recommended. LDPE's non-porous surface resists bacteria growth.
