How to Order Wholesale Ball Pit Balls

Start with three decisions: size, weight grade, and color.

Weight = crush resistance. Standard-grade 70mm balls run 5–8g and dent under a hard squeeze; commercial-grade 9–10g and up (0.71–1.06mm wall) compress and spring back. For high-traffic playgrounds, order the heavier commercial grade. For colors, pick from our Macaron (pastels), Candy (primaries) or Pearl (shimmer) collections, or any custom Pantone.

• Minimum order: 1,000 balls per color for regular sizes (55 / 70 / 80mm). Custom colors or OEM may vary — ask for a tailored quote.
• Price range: approximately $0.025 – $0.10 per ball, depending on size, quantity and customization. Larger orders qualify for better pricing.
• Samples: free samples of stock colors; a small production fee may apply for custom colors / OEM.
• OEM / ODM: custom color formulations, custom packaging and bespoke combinations are all available.

Make the balls and packaging unmistakably yours:

• Custom colors: match any Pantone / RAL reference. Stock colors go straight to production; special colors are matched and confirmed by photo, and for strict color jobs we produce and ship a physical sample for sign-off.
• Printing on the balls: we can print your logo, QR code or pattern directly on the balls (pad printing) — ideal for branded playgrounds, events and retail.
• Custom packaging: PE bags or retail boxes printed with your brand, plus mixed small packs.
• Events & weddings: white, ivory, pearl, champagne, silver and black balls available — a 4×4m pit at 50cm depth takes about 26,700 balls.

Use a simple formula — pit area (m²) × fill depth (m) × loose-fill density per m³:

Example: a 2m × 2m pit at 30cm depth using 70mm balls needs about 4,000 balls; a 4m × 4m pit at the same depth needs about 16,000. For annual planning, track how many you lose per season (busy pits lose 5–10%) and keep a 5–10% buffer.

• Stock colors: 3–5 days (under 50k), 7–12 days (50k–200k), 10–15 days (full containers).
• Custom colors: add 7–10 days for matching & sample confirmation.
• What affects timing: order quantity, number of colors, ball weight / wall thickness, and customization.
• Fixed-date events: we split the order — urgent quantity by air (10–18 days), bulk by sea to control cost.
• Reorder lead time: place reorders 8–10 weeks ahead; add 2–3 weeks in peak season (Christmas, back-to-school, summer).

• Methods: sea freight (FCL / LCL) for bulk; air freight or express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for smaller orders.
• Terms: default FOB Ningbo / Shanghai; CIF and DDP available for select destinations.

• Payment: T/T (bank wire) with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C available for established customers.
• Returns: notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery with photos; we offer replacement, credit note, or partial refund, handled case by case.
• Factory visits: welcome — Wenzhou is ~1 hour by plane or 3–4 hours by high-speed train from Shanghai. Schedule 1 week ahead.
